33/42 point Escalation Tournament
When: 18th and 19th August 2012
Location: St Patricks College, Kilbirnie, Wellington.
For those of you outside of Wellington, this is a 1minute drive from Wellington Airport.

Important Information:
This event has a COMPULSORY PAINTING REQUIREMENT. Any army not painted with a minimum of three colours will be disqualified at the discretion of the TO. Three colours implies that the model is entirely covered in paint (primer does not count) and has 3 colours delineating three important features of the model i.e., skin, clothes, armour, weapons etc. All models must also be based. No exceptions will be made.

The event will be an escalation tournament.
o Day 1 is 33 points (+7 points reinforcements)
o Day 2 is 42 points (+7 points reinforcements)

ReplyDeleteGlad to hear the enthusiasm around this little baby of mine. I have some plans around terrain and other goodness. Should be oodles of fun. I've already had some people get weirded out because of the points values. heh.
ReplyDeleteQuestion: Do the reinforcements count under the 'only 1 swap' or are they considered completely separate?
ReplyDeleteI ask because I was thinking of shifting my 33pt reinforcements into my 42 point list, which would break FA if I can't change them between the two.
Good question John, and I'm glad you asked. To keep the rules consistant, ALL changes to you list must fall within the 'only 1 swap'. If you want to make your changes there (which may not have any effect depending on whether you get a reinforcement scenario day two) you can, but then the rest of your list must stay the same.
